The Corporate Services Division coordinates and manages a team of departmental units, providing guidance and direction as necessary. The reporting units are the Human Resource Unit, the HSSE Unit and the General Services Unit, and the Information Technology Unit.

Human Resource Unit
The Human Resource Unit coordinates and manages the personal and career development of the Company’s employees through strategic recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation management, training and development, and manpower planning.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate a work environment that provides adequate motivation, opportunities for job satisfaction and challenges for growth, and encourages high levels of performance.


Continuous development of the Human Resource Policies and Practices based on principles of fairness, equity and responsible action.

 

HSSE Unit
The HSSE Unit is responsible for the preservation of the environment for future generations.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation of the highest international standards for safety and preservation of the environment.

Establish safety, security and environment policies that conform to national laws.

Institute a Safety Committee to monitor and ensure compliance with policy and investigate accidents and hazardous incidents.

Information Technology Unit
The Information Technology Unit is responsible for the deployment of an innovative information technology infrastructure that maximizes the efficiency of the overall Company.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the computerized information system, the local area network, and end user support.

Establish and maintain the network infrastructure.

Leverage the use of technology across all departments of the Company.

Provide effective information technology solutions to business providers by partnering with external users and suppliers.
