Human Resource Unit The Human Resource Unit coordinates and manages the personal and career development of the Company’s employees through strategic recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation management, training and development, and manpower planning.

Establish safety, security and environment policies that conform to national laws.
Institute a Safety Committee to monitor and ensure compliance with policy and investigate accidents and hazardous incidents.
Information Technology Unit The Information Technology Unit is responsible for the deployment of an innovative information technology infrastructure that maximizes the efficiency of the overall Company.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the computerized information system, the local area network, and end user support.
Establish and maintain the network infrastructure.
Leverage the use of technology across all departments of the Company.
Provide effective information technology solutions to business providers by partnering with external users and suppliers.
Establish and control systems access and security.
