The Programme Management Division administers a portfolio of projects that run simultaneously, which facilitates the sharing of resources and the integration of related deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, planning, programming and management to ensure project activities are executed in accordance with established contract requirements, budgets and schedules to achieve project completion on time and within Budget.
  • Establishment and management of quality assurance systems and procedures that conform to acceptable standards.
  • Establish and maintain systems and procedures for managing relationships with all stakeholders, including contractors, consultants and relevant Ministries.
